IG Productions here by propose to an idea of recognizing and starting: School's own News Channel Project. Through this project we help you to establish:

*Virtual Library Setup*: An online record of monthly activities which are held in your school like  workshops, school cultural events, students project work or any presentation or awareness programme etc., that can be viewed on YouTube, an international digital platform. Benefits from the setup are:

- Used for making visual presentation for any official delegation or government department.

- *Can be sent to CBSE inspection*.

*International Platform Viewership*: can be viewed on YouTube, which has become a rage in the present digital era. It is convenient & time-saving for the parents as well.

*Media training structure*: The children will get a chance to represent their school like a professional anchor on an international platform which will incur the media values and a sense of representation in them.

*Goodwill formulation*: The uploaded news episodes will enhance the viewership which will result into an increase in school's goodwill, not through the placed advertisements in the dying print media but through the digital media which is the most accessible tool for everyone around. A sense of connectivity between the parents and the school would arise positively.

*News Production Process:-*

> *3 DAYS STUDENT TRAINING WORKSHOP*
This workshop will cover the following within 2-3 hrs. per day:

: *STILL PHOTOGRAPHY*
-Introduction to digital camera
-How to handle a camera?
-How to set ISO, Apperture, Shutter speed
-Composition & Framing
-Types of camera, lenses and there uses
-Exposure meteres, filters, Diffuser, Vignetters

: *VIDEOGRAPHY*
-Handling Video Camera
-Studio training :
a. Introduction to Croma Structure
b. How to set croma wall
-Basic Short devison
-Lighting equipments and their methods to use :
*Indoor lighting*
(a) 3 Point Lighting - Key, Back, Fill
(b) One light and two light methods
*Outdoor lighting*
(a) Use of Natural Lighting
(b) Use of reflector & light cutter
-Basic knowledge of lighting ratio , lighting instruments and lighting accessories


: *ANCHORING & REPORTING*
-Enhancing diction & speech delievery
-Developing voice modulation and teleprompter reading & training
-Enhancing leadership skills in students

> *MEDIA CLUB*
# This club will have English & Hindi PGT Teachers as News Editors, Principal as Managing Editor with selective students.
# The event incharge will send a requisition to the media club to send the student to do the coverage(that includes anchoring/photography/videography) of the respective event.
# The company will send the media news format to be added to the script
# Managing Editor(Principal) will approve & finalise the script

> *ANCHOR AUDITION*
: 1 Day Technical training to the selected anchor from the Media club

> *SHOOT DAY*
: The shooting process takes 2-3 hrs. The shoot venue will be in the school premises or in a professional studio according to the equipments and space in the school.

> *CREATING YOUTUBE CHANNEL*
: The Youtube channel of the school will be created and the copyright will be with the school only, the company will give the edited news episode and the school staff will upload it on the channel.
