The Objective
To drive mass awareness and reach for Sara’s Wholesome Food, Meowsi, and HUFT Treats by leveraging a diverse mix of nano and micro influencers across India. The campaign focused on high visibility with authentic content from both pet and non-pet creators, while select creators also drove in-store visits to highlight the retail experience and boost on-ground visibility.
Strategy & Execution
The campaign expanded creator discovery beyond pet-focused profiles to include relevant non-pet creators, helping scale reach without losing context. A proactive replacement approach ensured any drop-offs were quickly managed, keeping timelines and deliverables on track.
Execution was driven by a creator-first approach, with briefs tailored to individual content styles while aligning with brand guidelines. Strong collaboration enabled smooth coordination and timely deliveries, and high product acceptance led to more natural, engaging content.
