My music education started at an early age of 3 under the tutelege of my father & guru Pandit Ritwik Sanyal. I was also fortunate to take guidance from both the Ustads (Zia Mohiuddin Dagar & Zia Fariduddin Dagar)

I have also done Sangeet Prabhakar from Prayag Sangeet Samitee, Allahabad & Diploma in Vocal Music from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi

Currently I am teaching at Shankar Mahadevan Academy as a part time consultant for Hindustani Vocal and also take classes for students at home for Voice Culture & Hindustani Classical. I have nearly 20+ years of teaching experience in Vocal Music.

I am an engineer by profession and is currently working as a Sr. IT Business Analyst in one of the reputed multinational companies, and a classical singer and musician by passion. I take pride in being associated with this rich tradition and believes in bringing people across ages closer to Indian classical music and its appreciation.
