Swathi Iyengar

Hey,

This is Swati, a Company Secretary by profession but dancer by choice. I've been trained in Bharatnatyam for 14 years under Guru Shakuntala R Prabhath and Guru Revathi Narasimhan. Currently training in Kathak by Guru Amrit Mishra.

I have also performed mohiniattam, Indian contemporary, Bollywood, belly, semi-classical etc. Performed in various dance festivals like Gudiya Sambhrama, Iskcon and various corporate shows. Been a part of various dance companies like  Nritarutya, Aayana, Hrishyami, 5678, Padakarma, Energy, Zenkara to name a few. Had the opportunity to work with Mr. Feroz Abbas Khan for the Broadway musical "Mughal e azam" in Mumbai & Delhi. The latest of all being a part of "God's Own Symphony", for a dance tour to Vienna, Austria. Performed for brands like United colors of Benetton, Sephora, Ultratech, Titan etc. Performed with Shah rukh Khan (International Film Festival of India- 2017), shot with Virat Kohli (IPL promo shoot- 2018), performed for Ambanis (a family gathering on occasion of Isha Ambani's marriage), performed with Amitabh Bachchan for 10th anniversary in remembrance of 26/11 attack, modelled in an art movie "Dhehi", starred in a music album/ad for "Beardo".

Also trained in Carnatic classical music for about 13 years from Guru Mythily Srinivasan (my mother) and Guru Ganakalabhushan R K Padmanabh. Have completed junior exams in dance and music with distinction. Have trained people to sing in high profile weddings. Performs live stage shows.

Residing in Bangalore, I'm 5'2 and 24 years old. Known languages: English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil. Hoping to work with you and I'll be glad to hear back from you ASAP.
