Like every other teenager I also
dreamt of being a model, being in front of the
camera seemed fascinating but it was just more
than that.
As a child, I was underconfident, and always
insecure about my body. Whomever I shared
my dreams would only say I was too thin
and short or my skin was too textured to be a
model.
For the longest I believed them, the image I had
created of a successful model was what others
made for me.
After years of disbelief, I went ahead About me: Like every other teenager I also

After years of disbelief, I went ahead and
participated in a pageantry and fell in love with
the stage and camera. Regardless of everything
I had believed, I knew at that point This was the
world I wanted to be in.
Modelling for me was always just more than
pictures I have always aspired to fit into a story
an imagination, to portray, to express, to break
stereotypes. So here I am to make my younger
self proud!
