A theatre artist, worked with different theatre productions, done plays n both hindi and english. Performed as lead actress in popular english plays - The Woman on Trial and 12 Angry Women.
Have also done some short films and TVC. My last film - Fareb, won the Best Debutant Short Film in 5 Film Festivals. I have also worked as a lead opposite to the Celebrity Actor - Hiten Tejwani in a short film - Avaidh.
I also am a visiting faculty at Whistling Woods, Mumbai, where Whistling Woods has a tie up with Delhi Govt. schools - SOSE schools to teach Film-making, acting and mass media. I teach Acting to grades 9 - 11 in one of the branches of SOSE, Delhi.
Just like Acting, my first passion is Dance and I have learnt various dance forms like Bachata, Contemporary, Bolly-hop, Kathak, Belly Dance, Flamenco and Bhangra. I started my own Dance Drama company called Rhythmos and represented India at the Bali International Art Festival in 2023, where I had my own productions and performed as well. I have also learnt Indian Classical Music and can play Harmonium and Synthesizer. I love writing, be it poems, plays and blogs. I have also been associated with Indus Valley International Film Festival, where I have been the Event Coordinator at Chandigarh. Travel is my another passion and I love going on treks to the Himalayas, where I have done some of the top summits. I love exploring nature and adventures. That takes me to another adventure - Car Rally. I participate in women's car rallies and have even won award in it. Driving gives me that super-power. My main profession is Spiritual Healing, Teaching, Wellness and Life Coaching. I founded my healing space called Ahaana Holistic Healing in 2014 and since then I have been serving and teaching people all over the world. I take retreats and corporate programs, where I incorporate story-telling, music, dance and acting along with healing. I have also been recognized as "The Iconic Woman of the Year", "Dynamic Woman", "Super-power Woman Award", "Best Spiritual Healer" and "Beauty and Brains Award".
