A person with great energy, passion and someone who gets excited very easily. I love to explore and surprise myself. I believe that surprising yourself is one of the best feelings you can ever get. It helps me in a huge way as it is a major motivating factor for me. It generates the feeling of hunger for adding more skills and doing something new as much as possible. I have utmost belief in myself. And I know this is the one skill you NEED to have or generate if, you are planning to do something I am. That is, become an actor and making it big. I am totally aware of what I am , what I have done, and most importantly, what all I am capable of. I am not someone who always knew he wanted to become an actor. Actually, I thought about it first, when I was in 10th standard. I convinced my parents to let me shift to Pune for my higher education to learn more about myself and improve my personality. They have been and still are very supportive of me and the things I plan on pursuing. It's been over an year now since I joined a theatre group called as The Drama Queens. I think it was the most important phase of my life. I got to meet so many amazing artists from such diverse backgrounds but had a love for one common thing; the art of acting. Someone was a government servant, a professor, a professional director, a radio jockey, a business man, a housewife, student. Everything just inspired me about that theatre group. I had been a part of 4 shows of this amazing theatre group and every day I spent with them was a day worth living again and again. I was a light man in the first show. The second and third show I got a small role that of a messenger and guards. After seeing my dedication and passion towards the group, the director of the show, Ms. Isha Pungalia, who is a professional director, gave me an opportunity to do a major role. I learnt so much about myself and Mr. Vasudev Menon, a fellow actor cum professor cum a director, helped me in every possible way. He is the person I look on too. He is a role model for me. He inspires me in every possible way. I am 21 years old, I want to become an actor, I had no experience in acting before joining the theatre group. That time also I was sure that even though I haven't done anything, I know I have it in me and I can make it big. And when the first time I got on the stage and got an applause from the audience. That was the moment I knew that I was in the right area and I have to continue believing in myself and work hard.
