What is it that we, as humans, are trying to achieve in this ever growing fast-paced contemporary world?Is it wealth, sustainability or power? I, for one do not know what I am supposed to do in my life. This is where my parents come in. Their answer to such kind of problems is simple… listen to the elders and go by their wishes as they are effectively and efficiently tailor-made for you. Is it not up to me to choose what I want to do, irrespective of what I know, I do or how I feel about all things in place regardless of its consequences?
I am Koushik Bharadhwaj, an aspiring screenwriter hoping to be a practicing one someday.
I write to express my feelings. It is not easy growing up in the 21st century knowing that
people don't care about anybody but themselves. People don't seem to get the fact that you
need other people to be a part of your life even if it has something to do with hatred,
including various other negative feelings. But to not care for, is the point at which one actually
degrades themself to the lowest of the lows. Feels like there isn't anyone "really listening" to
you even if you are surrounded by friends and family who just hear you. So, I write to have my
thoughts expressed rather than having to pester my mind all day and all year with sleepless
nights. The idiosyncrasies of the common folk are
anachronistically reticent and extant to which contradiction in the modern world of
contemporary applications usually inhibits the way to righteously act upon during a particular
moment.
