Ikhlas Khan was a military commander in the Bijapur Sultanate during the 17th century. He served the Adil Shahi rulers and took part in several battles in the Deccan region. His forces were involved in conflicts with the rising Maratha power led by Shivaji. In short: Ikhlas Khan was an important Bijapur general who fought in Deccan wars during the 1600s.
