Originally from Manipur, now based in Shillong, Martin is an independent singer-songwriter/musician known for his soulful and powerful voice Martin performs various numbers on his guitar which he plays with breeze and can also play a few other instruments to an extent. He accompanies himself with the Keyboard and Kick Drum sometimes adding much oomph to his live gigs. He has also street-busked in the streets of Shillong, earning him a feature in TNT Magazine, 2015. He has performed in various venues and events, including festivals, celebrations, cafes, concerts , pubs, etc. He is known for his powerful blues vocals and growls, and his signature Saxophone sound replica which he pulls of cleverly with his lips.
