Biography
Born on 2nd November, Piyali got the initial knowledge of music from her mother.Then she started learning Indian classical music and till date she is continuing with her classical training.
She loves to learn new kinds of musical things and also loves to experiment with them and thus her knowledge is not limited to only Indian Classical music but she has crossed the boundary of one country or genre and spread her wings to the western music.She not only sings but also likes to compose.
She worked as a groomer or music teacher at Zee bangla SA RE GA MA PA L'LL CHAMPS and groomed the child participants there for several months. She is a singer who can sing almost all kind of songs like semi classical,indian melody, western melody and opera style songs, contemporary Hindi Bollywood songs, Rabindrasangeet, bengali modern songs and many more. She has released her first solo hindi music album, 'Ishaque, colours of love' on 23rd february 2017 under the banner of Rooh Music India in association with a South Indian music director, for which she herself composed songs and sang them as well. She has appeared on channels like Zee Bangla, Channel 10 and local channels like Globe Tv etc. Catch her music videos n some interviews on Youtube as well.
