I'm a professional singer specialized in Ghazal, Bollywood, Sufi, Qawwali and Bhajan.
I do stage shows and also playback for TV serials. Currently, the shows I am working on are Star Plus TV serial "Silsila Pyar Ka", "Shakti" on Colors channel and Nagarjuna on Life OK. I'm also a skilled programmer and an arranger.
I'm a disciple of Pt Ajay Pohankar jee and do Hindustani Classical shows along with my Gurujee. Also, I have learnt the intricacies of Ghazal singing from Ustad Moin Khan (Disciple of Ustad Mehdi Hassan).
I was also the winner of the All India National
level competition (in Non-Film category) organized by the famous Sangam Kala Group in the year of 2003. I've left my well-settled corporate job with HDFC Bank, where I spent nine long years, to pursue my career in music.

Earlier I have learnt Hindustani Classical music from Pt. Madhup Mudgal, Shri Shubhodeep Mazumdar (Disciple of Pt. Ajay Chakravorty), and Shri Deepak Chatterjee (professor of Delhi University music faculty). Also, I have learnt the intricacies of Ghazal singing from Ustad Moin Khan (Disciple of Ustad Mehdi Hassan.)
