Calling Call For Male Lead Actors For International Film Project
Embark on a heartfelt journey in our upcoming project, set to capture the vibrant tapestry of lives navigating cultural bridges between India and America. We're looking for two talented individuals to bring these compelling characters to life:
1. Amit:
Age: 18-23 years old (as of January 2024)
Look: Indian origin, youthful and expressive
Accent: Must be able to do/learn American accent
Soulful and intelligent, Amit bridges two worlds. He is an Indian man who has grown up partly in America. He carries the warmth of his Indian heritage while embracing the energy of his American upbringing.
2. Shankar:
Age: 35-45 years old (as of January 2024)
Look: Indian origin, radiating a confident and welcoming aura
Fluent English: Shankar has spent time abroad and thrives in American life.
An art lover with a cool uncle vibe, Shankar draws people in with his genuine charm and wit.
What We're Looking For:
Talent over experience: We welcome both seasoned and aspiring/new actors who can embody these characters with authenticity and depth.
Commitment and passion: This project demands dedication and a willingness to explore the complexities of cross-cultural experiences.

Everything that they say and do is so different that you feel like laughing all the time. (he laughs) Golly, they’re different from men. And they’re awfully mysterious, too. You never can be really sure what’s going on in their heads. They have a kind of wall around them all the time – of pride and a sort of play-acting: I bet you could know a woman a hundred years without ever being really sure whether she liked you or not.”
